COMPANY HISTORY

Established in 1999 as the sole research division for Herron Todd White in Brisbane.

The company consulted directly to Kerry Herron on a monthly basis guiding strategic direction through comprehensive market and trend analysis across all property sectors.

Late 2001 saw the company expand outside of Herron Todd White to grow into one of South East Queensland’s most published and respected property research firms.

In 2001, National Property Research was approached by QUT to lecture the subject “Property Market Analysis” to post graduate students at the Queensland University of Technology.

National Property Research currently operates out of Brisbane to service the New South Wales, Victorian, Northern Territory and South Australian property markets.  There are however preliminary plans for further expansion in the next two years that may include an office in Melbourne to service Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia whilst the Brisbane office will service New South Wales, Queensland, the Northern Territory and any International assignments.
