Matthew Gross and Lincoln Ganter: Matthew Gross founded National Property Research in 1999 and has worked in the property industry for 14 years. He has a Masters of Business in Property, a Degree in Urban Geography and a Degree in Sociology. In 2003 Matthew lectured at the Queensland University of Technology in the subject, “Property Market Analysis” to Post Graduate and Masters students. From July 2004 to July 2006 he worked as the State Research Manager for Stockland and co-ordinated the analysis of Australia’s largest residential transaction, the Lensworth Portfolio. Prior to National Property Research, Matthew was employed by Adelaide Bank Ltd as the Queensland Research & Marketing Manager for their then subsidiary, Co-operative Retirement Services – developers and owners of retirement communities. As Director of National Property Research, Matthew has worked all over the country in almost every aspect of property. After graduating from the University of Queensland in 1996 with a Bachelor of Business Degree majoring in Property Studies, Lincoln Ganter worked for Herron Todd White Valuers, Central Queensland (Rockhampton, Mackay, The Whitsundays, Gladstone, Emerald and Biloela). Leaving in 1999 Lincoln transferred to Herron Todd White in Brisbane where he specialised in residential and residential development valuations in the Inner City southern and Bayside suburbs. In 2002 Lincoln also did a six month stint with the Herron Todd White Brisbane commercial office. In 2003 he completed a Graduate Diploma in Property Economics majoring in Investment/Finance at the Queensland University of Technology and is expected to complete his masters at the end of 2006 (Retirement Living In South-East Queensland). In April 2004 to May 2005 he moved to Vancouver where he worked as a property appraiser for MacIntosh Appraisals under the Canadian Institute of Appraisers, specialising in the Downtown residential property market. Lincoln also performed market research into the redevelopment of the Pearl District of Portland, Oregon. In March 2006, Lincoln began his role as Director of National Property Research.
